This festival is an initiative presented by the European Union (EU) to Swaziland in
partnership with Alliance Francaise.

The festival was successfully launched on the 3rd of November 2014 at a colourful event held at the EU Ambassador's residence in Mbabane attended by more than 50 people including Cabinet Ministers.
